Ordering
For any reason that we do not have any products in stock, should it be a coffee product, a leather product or any item sold on this store, you are welcome to order such a product. You can email, contact us via cellphone or what’s app to verify the lead time on such a product. ( The lead time of the courier is not included )
Payment
Shipping will take place when payment is received, in full.
Delivery
We are an online shop and utilises the services of Courier Companies, Postnet and Pep stores to deliver your order to you in the most convenient and fastest way.
Overnight deliveries is available but with prior arrangement. Please contact 063 584 7642
International Shipping – It takes between 10 – 14 days by using reputable courier companies. Our quoted costs does not include customs, duties or taxes, or any other cost that may arise.
International customers can contact us for a detailed quote, that includes insurance. When you don't take the insurance, Zero90 does not take responsibility for a product that get stolen or damaged via this process.
Order Tracking
Way bill and Tracking details will be provided after the product are dispatch.
Should there be any delays, manufacturing of the leather product or delay on supply of any coffee related product, zero90 will be in contact with you as customer to keep you up to date with proceedings. Should you decide to cancel the purchase for this reason you may request a refund.
Our Leather
Leather is a organic material, and varies in nature (color and characteristics) so there will be some imperfections. BUT this is not flaws or faults in any ways and means. This little imperfections make for a product to be unique in character. Therefore zero90 will emphasize that this variances is NOT a legitimate basis for a return!
Exchanges
Exchanges will be made within 7 days after receiving your goods.
NO exchanges will be made on worn shoes, used leather bags or opened coffee products. Neither will it be changed if damaged due to inadequate protective packaging, when returned.
A handling fee of R150.00 will be levied.
Refunds
All refunds must be in there original packaging, as received by the client. The refund will only be processed if there are no signs that he shoes were worn, the leather bags been used, or the coffee products been opened.

Warranties
We at zero90 is very proud of the quality of all raw materials used. That will be the leather for our leather products AND the raw beans used for our coffee products.
Same goes for the quality and experience of our workmanship creating the best leather product available to mankind. Should there be any faults in our product, due to workmanship we will gladly repair, or replace the product at our expense within a period of four (4) months.
Same goes for the professional and experience roasters blending and roasting our coffee to perfection.
Damaged leather shoes due to wear and tear or shoes that has natural imperfections will not be considered for repair or replacement. (Same for the bags and leather product)
